Nooncase 30-Day Return and Refund Policy
At Nooncase, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Our return and refund policy is designed to be transparent, fair, and accommodating. Please review the following guidelines regarding returns and refunds for electronic products and accessories:
- Eligibility for Returns:
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery. - Defective or Damaged Items:
In case you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of receiving the product to initiate the return process.
Please furnish comprehensive details, including visuals of unboxing or opening the package, clearly displaying the issue. Provide photos and videos that effectively demonstrate the damage or the receipt of an incorrect item. - Return Process:
Contact our customer service team at support@nooncase.com to request a return authorization.
Once authorized, securely package the item with all accessories and proof of purchase included.
Ship the item back to the provided address using a trackable shipping service. The customer bears the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. - Refund Procedure:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.
Please allow 2-5 for the refund to reflect in your account after the return is processed. - Restocking Fee:
